With extensive experience in designing large-scale residential and commercial projects in Poland and Germany, Pawel has become a key figure in Cambodia’s architectural landscape over the past decade. Now serving as the CEO of The Room Architecture and Design, he plays a crucial role in guiding the company’s vision and business strategies. Pawel brings a unique combination of international expertise and deep market knowledge to every project, ensuring the integration of global design standards with insight into winning business strategies for commercial projects.

Christlinne BRIONES

Director of Operations

Christlinne serves as The Room's Director of Operations, leading the firm's operational strategy, project delivery systems, and organizational development. With two decades of design experience across Southeast Asia spanning commercial, workspace, and hospitality projects, she bridges design and operations with natural fluency, championing a wellness-first approach that places human health, comfort, and wellbeing at the foundation of every project, with visual excellence built upon that base. This philosophy shapes how she mentors the team, drawing on her regional experience to guide emerging talent and elevate the caliber of work across the studio, while driving the systems behind The Room's consistency, project coordination, contracts, quality frameworks, and team development, pairing a designer's eye with an operator's discipline to deliver intentional spaces and exceptional outcomes.

Monica LODDO

Creative Director

Monica has made significant contributions to The Room over the past three years. She earned her Master’s degree in Architecture in Italy and has since gained professional experience in Chile, Australia, and Vietnam before settling in Cambodia, where she now calls home. Now serving as The Room’s Creative Director, Monica continues to lead projects for both architecture and interior design. With a recent focus on Interior Design, her keen attention to detail and strong leadership have made her an invaluable member of The Room, consistently driving excellence and ensuring the success of our projects.
