Nestled in lush greenery, Veal Sbov Villa is shaped by its natural surroundings and designed for those who value simplicity, serenity, and quiet elegance. The home reflects the owner's love of nature, gardening, and physical well-being, serving as a peaceful retreat from the fast pace of city life. To protect the landscape, the architect divided the villa into clusters, allowing the experience of the home to unfold gradually from the entrance to the most private spaces. The villa is organized into four main zones: reception, living, entertainment, and rest. Each offering a unique experience that balances communal areas for gatherings with secluded spots for reflection and relaxation. Visitors arrive under a tall canopy of trees that provide privacy and a warm welcome, with the entrance opening to a lobby that flows into a courtyard centered around a large tree and reflective pond. A semi open corridor leads to the Main Tower, connecting the different parts of the home, while the living area at the center links the front courtyard to the backyard. The rear garden, with its swimming pool and wooden deck, is a place for both lively celebrations and quiet moments, creating a setting where people can connect and unwind in the calm of nature.
