Urban Village Phase 2 introduces a coworking environment in Phnom Penh designed for productivity and collaboration. The project serves young Cambodian and expatriate professionals, providing a functional workplace that adapts to the requirements of freelancers and entrepreneurs within the city's evolving urban landscape. 

The design strategy prioritizes comfort and flexibility through an open layout that supports various working styles. Strategic spatial planning ensures efficient use of the floor plate, while the integration of natural light improves the daily user experience. Modern furnishings are paired with a versatile architectural framework to maintain a balance between aesthetic appeal and practical utility. 

Connectivity between professional and personal wellbeing is established through dedicated outdoor amenities. Areas for yoga and gym equipment introduce a fresh approach to leisure within a professional setting, allowing for a transition between work and physical activity. These elements serve as functional extensions of the primary workspace, promoting wellness as part of the daily routine while integrating work and life within the dynamic Urban Village Phase 2 community.
