Our design draws inspiration from Unilever’s iconic logo, featuring curved elements and lively colors that reflect their everyday products. Cambodian cultural influences are woven throughout the space, from warm rattan and bamboo lighting that highlights traditional craftsmanship to a reception counter inspired by intricate temple art. Communal dining with picnic style tables and stickers depicting rural landscapes create a welcoming environment for connection and idea sharing. More than aesthetics, the space is planned to drive innovation and teamwork. Thoughtfully designed zones support different needs, stimulating creativity in focused work areas, promoting connection in personalized spaces, and encouraging collaboration in shared zones. Operational areas are designed for efficiency, welcoming guests with curated experiences, while dedicated zones offer opportunities for rejuvenation and mindfulness to support staff well-being.
