The King’s School, Canterbury, Vattanacville city campus in Phnom Penh is a valued partner of a prestigious UK educational institution. Located within Vattanac Capital, the project brings a historic, world-class school into Cambodia’s urban core, aligning the space with values of excellence and a design approach rooted in culture. Our design philosophy reflects the school’s commitment to holistic education and its long academic heritage. The interiors are guided by principles of being modern, warm, and natural. Soft forms, clear circulation, and carefully scaled spaces help children feel secure and oriented as they move between classrooms, shared learning areas, and the playground. Using natural materials, wooden elements, and a soothing palette of neutral and pastel shades, the campus creates a calm atmosphere that supports concentration and focus. Light-filled classrooms are minimally furnished so teachers can adapt layouts while maintaining a sense of order, ensuring attention remains on teaching, relationships, and the curriculum rather than on visual distractions.
