The workplace design for Maersk Cambodia supports adaptability and productivity in the global logistics sector, expanding from 1,050 to 2,100 square meters to accommodate team growth and rising service demands. Technology is integrated for online collaboration, data analysis, and flexible meetings, with 17 meeting rooms, intuitive booking systems, a large pantry, and a versatile training room with movable partitions. Cambodian landmarks and local artistry are blended with Maersk’s brand identity, as meeting rooms feature local landscapes and container-themed walls and recycled seating materials reflect the company’s global reach. The result is an inclusive environment that aligns with Maersk Cambodia’s commitment to sustainable growth and their net zero by 2040 initiative.
