Fairfield by Marriott in Poipet is the first international business hotel in this fast-growing border town, setting a new benchmark for hospitality in the region. The Room’s design team led the full interior design scope, drawing on its expertise in branded hospitality projects to create a modern and welcoming environment tailored to both international travelers and the local market. From the airy ground-floor lobby with its lounge and grab-and-go café to the fourth-floor all-day dining space, banquet hall, and rooftop pool lounge, each public area was designed for comfort, flexibility, and connection. Amenities such as the gym, changing rooms, and sky bar complete the hotel’s offering as a well-rounded urban retreat. Spanning twelve floors, the 178 guestrooms, including standard rooms, junior suites, and executive suites, reflect a clean and thoughtful approach to space, with materials and detailing that respond to the local climate and guests' needs. The Room’s design team brought together global hospitality sensibilities and local insight, demonstrating its ability to deliver interiors that are brand-aligned, culturally aware, and functionally sound.
