Workstation zone defined by curved architectural partitions, timber insets, and integrated niches that create visual identity while maintaining spatial continuity

Located on the upper floors of the Chip Mong Bank Tower in Phnom Penh, this office spans four levels and enjoys sweeping views over the city skyline. The design reflects the institution’s identity as reliable, forward-looking, and grounded, using tactile natural materials, curved forms, and layered textures. Each floor has a distinct function, but all are connected by a cohesive material narrative built around soft greens, ribbed timber elements, natural leather, and terrazzo. The workspace balances function and experience, with fixed workstations and service blocks complemented by informal lounges, collaborative corners, and boardrooms for discussion and decision-making. Curved niches and integrated storage soften the layout while maintaining clarity and order, and light, material, and movement are orchestrated to support a professional yet welcoming environment that enhances both focus and collaboration.
